Josh Lyon

Josh is dedicated to helping clients achieve their dream of homeownership. After earning his bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University, Josh began his career in banking, where he quickly recognized his passion for helping others through the mortgage process. Josh started his mortgage career in 2015 where he went from Loan officer assistant to managing a team in less than two years.  Transitioning to the role of Loan Officer, Josh rapidly distinguished himself, earning a spot among the top 100 loan officers nationally within just six months at his previous company. This achievement reflects his unwavering commitment to providing exceptional customer service, clear communication, and a seamless lending experience.  With extensive knowledge of available loan programs and a keen ability to tailor solutions to each client’s unique needs, Josh is poised to be the lender of choice for homebuyers across Colorado.

A proud Colorado native, Josh was born and raised in Yuma, where he actively participated in a variety of sports. He is a devoted father to his daughter, Malea, and enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends.
