Program Description

Velocity Lending and its service providers may use an automatic telephone dialing system (automated technology) to send you text messages about our home lending products and services using a short code. These text message programs are intended to provide you with information about certain Velocity Lending products and services. You will need to opt-in to specific programs in which you have an interest. Your opt-in consent will only be used for the specific program for which you requested texting and will not be shared or interpreted to cover other Velocity Lending text messaging programs.

These terms do not apply to routine servicing messages you might receive about your account.

Active SMS Short Codes

Velocity Lending – 227777

When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a one-time message containing a link to the Velocity Lending application. Message and data rates may apply. You will receive one (1) message per request. Text "HELP” for help.

You can cancel this service at any time. Text "STOP" to 227777. After you send the message "STOP" to us, you will no longer receive text messages related to your application.

Velocity Lending – 207207

When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text "HELP” for help.

You can cancel this service at any time. Text "STOP" to 207207. After you send the message "STOP" to us, you will no longer receive text messages related to your application.

If you want to join either program again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending messages to you again.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with home lending text messages fromVelocity Lending as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan, in addition to any applicable roaming charges. Please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing plan information. Velocity Lending does not impose a separate fee for sending home lending text messages.

Supported Carriers: AT&T, Cricket Wireless, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Metro by T-Mobile, Virgin Mobile USA. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Additional carriers may be added at any time. This service may not be available for all carriers.
